• US Shipping Update

    US rules regarding tariffs have been fluctuating unpredictably, and while I can still mail packages (with a 10% tariff cost on customers) they can only be sent direct from SG to US via couriers such as Fedex. These have significantly higher costs compared to before. As such, I have a US Group Order manager who allows me to mail smaller packages via a new GO system!

  • EU Shipping Notice

    Shipping is brought back for EU customers! However certain special items will be excluded to reduce shipping issues and to comply with any safety regulations. For now, oil charm products, and silicone/rubber products are not available to EU customers to reduce complications. Please browse the shop in your country to reduce confusion and remove products that are unavailable to you!

  • What is a GO (Group order) system?

    This is a system where I send a group of US bound packages in one bulk box to my US group order manager. Once it reaches the US, my manager will label these packages and mail them locally!

    Downsides
    - Longer shipping period. It can take between 1-3 months from estimated fulfilment date for it to be mailed out
    - Refunds in the case of parcel loss may not be provided

    Upsides
    - Reasonable shipping rates between 12-24USD for most packages
    - No tariff costs will need to be paid by customer

  • What are tariffs?

    Tariffs are a tax on goods imported into the country, and are usually charged to the customer receiving the item. At the moment, the tariff charge for items from Singapore is 10%.

    Tracked Courier Shipping:

    If your package is mailed via Tracked Courier, it will be sent via shipping services such as Fedex. You may be asked to pay for any duties upon delivery at your doorstep, or be required to pay and collect your parcel at your local postal service. If you fail to pay for your fees your parcel may be returned or destroyed. In the case it is lost due to failed tariff payment I would be unable to recover or refund your order.

Why did my bank charge me a different amount compared to the cost written?

Please note that all prices are in USD! This means that you may be charged at whatever cost it is after USD conversion.

Will you restock ______?

To ensure you always have an exciting shopping experience with me, I like to keep my merch fresh! As such I will likely only restock my more popular designs once. Do not count on a restock and get them while they are available or at preorder!

Do check the Last Chance Collection if you want to know which items will not come back once sold out!

Can I combine a previous order in the same shop update?

As long as it is within the same update, that will be possible! Please inform me via my contact page if you wish to do so and I can refund you your second shipping payment. Please do refrain from having too many separate orders, especially under different names, I am free to decline combining your order. 

Can I add new items to my paid order?

Yes you may! Please contact me for assistance with your order number and the items you wish to add to your order (:

I forgot to add ______ discount code, can you do it for me?

No. You can opt to refund the package and reorder with the code, but I cannot add it for you since it would be unfair to others, especially for codes with use limit.

When do my preorder items ship?

If you preordered on this website, the ship date is likely in the name of the item. Please check your order confirmation email, or contact me if you cannot find it!

Any instocks in the order will be held and shipped at the same time as the preorders! If you want the instocks first, do place them in another order.

Due to the unpredictability of the shipping process, I am not liable for lost/damage of items during the shipping process.

Only if you ordered via Tracked/Courier shipping would I be able to claim for damages/loss from the postal service. If your items arrive damaged or you suspect your parcel might be lost, please contact me with your order tracking and number, and I will do my best to help you!

For US Group Order packages, refunds due to loss is not guaranteed and will be on case by case due to the complexity of the shipping method, and customers are agreeing to the risk by using this service.

Where are you shipping from?

All orders are shipped from Singapore!

Do you cover Customs/VAT fees?

No I do not have the means to cover any custom fees that your country may have. Please be prepared to pay for it on your own via your own post office, or collection centre. It would be recommended to purchase tracking so that you know if your package is stalled at customs, or at your local distribution centre. 

What is the estimated shipping time?

For Untracked or Tracked Packages,
Singapore: 1-2 weeks
SEA: 2-8 weeks
Everywhere else: 4-12 weeks (Please take note that tracking for these are not available/limited)

For Tracked Courier
Singapore: 3 working days
SEA: 2-8 weeks
Everywhere else:2-8 weeks

What shipping type should I purchase?

If you live in Singapore, tracked/courier are both reliable options. If you live in SEA, I would recommend tracking for larger/more expensive orders in case they get lost/stolen.

For those living in the USA, tracked shipping should be enough as most packages reach safely. However if you would like your package quickly and safely, Courier would be much better as the normal tracking is not very detailed and stops once it reached destination country.

If you live in the UK/Germany/Italy or any country that charges Customer/VAT I highly recommend courier so that you can follow your parcel tracking more closely, and be ready to contact your local post if it is going through customs/held up. 

Do you know where my package is? 

If you did not purchase tracking, there is no way for me to track your item. I unfortunately have no idea where it is, or when it will arrive. If you are lucky, the package might be returned to me and I will contact you then!

My tracked package has not arrived/the tracking has not updated for months?

Do check your tracking regularly, and if there is an issue such as: not updated for  months, item is stuck at customs, failed delivery, or it is way past the estimated shipping time and it is still has not reached. Please first check with your local service if possible.

Once the item is out of my country, it is passed to your local postal service. I can request for my post office to check the status of your parcel, however that can take months to process. It would be most efficient to take your package information (tracking number, shipping details, and your order number which I use as sender reference) to your local post and check its status from there. There has been successful cases of packages being collected directly once the customer contacted their local post office. If you need any extra information to retrieve your package, do contact me!

How to track package for for QSPXXXXXXX Orders

Tracking via the Qexpress website can be a bit weird as the tracking would stop once it is passed over to Asendia, requiring you to click on "Courier Information" to get the rest of the tracking!

My package might be lost, what do I do?

Please contact me via my contact page with your order number, tracking number and name! I will check on your order tracking and contact my postal service if necessary. 

If your order is shipped as a Tracked Package, please expect delays in the shipment, and check in with your local post in case they are holding onto the package and waiting for collection. If it still has not arrived after 3 months, I will contact the local post, please expect refund process to take at least another 1-3 months due to the slow nature of my local post. 

If your order is shipped as Tracked Courier, please contact me if the tracking has not updated for 1 month, and I will send a query to the courier. If the courier side declares the package lost, I will be able to receive compensation and as such refund your order contents. Reshipping is usually not possible due to the limited nature of my items. 

If your order is shipped via Untracked package or mail, unfortunately there is nothing I can do to check on your package or reimburse for loss from the postal service. By choosing untracked you understand the risks of mailing, and that I am not liable to lost mail!
